Pump and hydraulic services within commercial buildings are regulated plumbing work. We carry out that work as a subcontractor to the licensed plumbing or hydraulic contractor — they hold the licence, we provide the mechanical capability. Pumps and rotating equipment on industrial plant, and mechanical works on water and wastewater infrastructure, sit outside that regime and are contracted directly.
