What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, company, email address, phone number, site location, job details and any photographs you send us when requesting a quote or engaging us for work. We do not collect sensitive information.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, carry out and invoice work, meet our record-keeping obligations under work health and safety and building legislation, and maintain our contractor prequalification records.

How we use and disclose it

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it to us. We may disclose it to our insurers, our accountant, contractor prequalification platforms where you require it, and to regulators or head contractors where we are obliged to do so. We do not sell your information or disclose it for marketing purposes.

Site photographs

We take photographs on site as part of defect reporting and job records. We do not publish photographs that identify a client, a site or an address without permission.

Storage and security

Information is stored in secured business systems with access limited to those who need it. We keep records for as long as required to meet legal and insurance obligations, and dispose of them securely after that.
